Delivery and Shipment

If you live within 60 miles of our facility in Ohio, our driver can deliver your hardwood flooring and wood paneling. Orders outside of that radius will be shipped to you on common carrier. We will pass on our freight discount savings to you to get you the best possible rate and your order will be fully insured in transit. Note: Common carrier drivers are not responsible for unloading your hardwood flooring and wood paneling. If an 18-wheeler cannot access your job site or if you cannot physically unload your hardwood flooring and wood paneling, please advise us of this fact, so other arrangements can be made. Someone MUST be available to accept the order and unload the prefinished hardwood flooring and wood paneling at the delivery site.

If the prefinished hardwood flooring and/or wood paneling you requested is not available for immediate shipment, your lead time will be approximately 2-3 weeks. Let us know if you have more stringent time deadlines and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
