Delivery

Hardwood flooring and shipping costs are to be prepaid at time of order. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or business. We use reliable LTL (less than truckload) carriers, whose rate of claims on damaged material is less than 1%. We will pass on to you our quantity freight discounts. If an 18 wheeler cannot access your jobsite, please advise us so other arrangements can be made.

The hardwood floors order should then take 7 to 10 business days to arrive at your location. We usually tell customers to figure 1-1/2 weeks from the order date.
