Flooring & Paneling Claims and Returns

 
If your order arrives freight damaged, please note the extent of the damage on the freight bill before signing the bill of lading and contact us immediately. Do not unpackage your order. We will handle the claim and replace any damaged materials as soon as possible. If there is extensive damage, the shipment should be refused and we will pay to have the goods returned to us.

We must be notified within five (5) days of any other claims or discrepancies. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and authorized by Sheoga.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your prefinished hardwood flooring and wood paneling you may return it to us, freight prepaid, if all the following conditions are met:

  • The prefinished hardwood flooring and wood paneling is returned within fifteen (15) days of arrival.
  • The prefinished hardwood flooring and wood paneling has not been installed or opened, in any way.
  • The prefinished hardwood flooring and wood paneling has not been subject to adverse storing conditions and boxes are in good condition.
  • The hardwood flooring and wood paneling is a standard product and has not been custom-made, finished or stained to order.

No C.O.D. or collect shipments will be accepted.
 
Hardwood flooring and wood paneling damaged upon return to Sheoga due to packaging will not be given credit consideration, so be sure to package shipment in the same or similar manner in which you received it.
