I want to thank Sheoga for their incredible efforts to manufacture and deliver our flooring order so quickly during this stressful and unusual time we are presently living through. Because of COVID-19, construction on our home was shut down completely for 6 weeks. If we had gotten our flooring following the typical timeline for manufacturing and delivery, it would have arrived sometime mid-July at the earliest, with construction completed near the end of August. I had left a message during the first week in April, and I got a call back the next Monday from Pete Miller (President) saying he would try to locate our order and begin manufacturing it. I am not sure how he did it, but our flooring arrived, and they have already installed it throughout the upstairs of our house. It looks sensational! Our installer is very impressed by the ease of installation and our contractor is equally enthusiastic about the quality and craftsmanship of the flooring. We have even invited the sales manager who handled our order over to see the installed flooring himself – he had mentioned to us that his store had sold unfinished Sheoga flooring before but never a Sheoga prefinished engineered product. We looked at a lot of engineered wood floors and did not find any that came even close to matching Sheoga in price, quality, selection and value. Thank you again!
